How information is handled on this website.

Inquiries and messages
The room inquiry form stores your name, email address, selected room, and message for the landlord to review and respond to. An inquiry may also generate an email alert to the landlord. Emails and attachments sent to the rental address are kept in the landlord mailbox. These messages are not published on the room listings.
Accounts and rental records
The portal stores account and sign-in information, room assignments, tenancy and payment records, shared lease documents, and maintenance requests and photos. Authorized landlords manage property records; tenants see the information made available to their account.
Listing photos and their descriptions are public. Landlord mail, tenant maintenance photos, and lease files use protected access. Files deliberately sent by email also pass to the recipient and their email service.
Cookies and security records
Cookies support account sign-in and help protect the inquiry form from misuse. Session and security records can include IP addresses, browser information, and request times. These records support access checks, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Hosting and backups
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides database storage, file storage, and email transport. It processes technical request information, including IP addresses, as part of providing its services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Encrypted backups of site records and stored files are retained in cloud and owner-controlled storage for recovery. Archiving a record or disabling an account does not automatically erase its history or backup copies.
Maps
Property maps load from OpenStreetMap when you choose “Show map.” Opening a map or address search sends the requested location and technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to that service. See OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy. This site does not request your device’s location.
